Comfortable 2 Bedroom Flat In The City Centre

The apartment was not clean, the kitchen cupboard was sticky, and the coffee mugs were either chipped or were coffee-stained. The bathroom was leaking from the shower panel. Floor were dirty.

It was a nice apartment and beautiful, close to busstops and very easy to access different locations from there

Communication can be improved, but thanks again for not allowing us to be stranded

There were no towels or hand soap at the apartment. The host did offer to bring these but after a long day of traveling we just wanted to shower and go to sleep and they lived about half hour away so we ended up buying our own towels which isn’t ideal. The apartment definitely didn’t seem clean at all. There were stains on the sheets and the comforter smelt very strange. Dust was covering the bed frame and there were a bunch of random items left behind from past guest such as a vape in the bathroom, socks in the drawers, body spray on the side table and condoms on the shelf which just made me feel this place was not cleaned at all and linens were not washed.

Close to the city centre

This apartment is in a great location. There are resturants and pubs close by, and it is an easy walk to the old town Edinburgh.

This apartment has a good layout but was not comfortable because it was very dirty. When you hang your towels on the hooks on the back of the bathroom door and open the door, they are against the broom, dust pan, and mop as they are stored in the bathroom. The slats on the side of the bathtub were filthy, I took a wet wipe and spent a few minutes cleaning it so it wasn't so disgusting to look at. The main bedroom has a big cloth headboard that had a thick layer of dust on top. There were dust bunnies in the closet along with a bag of dirty laundry. The cup in the bathroom was grossly dirty. This place could be nice if they had a cleaner that actually cleaned!

The flat had everything you could possibly use just like you were at home. Very roomy flat, good-sized beds very comfortable. Nice quiet area

No dish towel for drying dishes, not enough towels supplied for the people staying

We liked the location. The decor was good. The beds were comfortable.

We didn't like other people's clothes in the drawers. We had no means of lighting the gas hob.. Microwave advertised and was not present, ditto hot tub. No tea towels or washing up liquid. In the bathroom no spare toilet roll, no non slip mat in the bath, no floor mat outside the bath to prevent slippage. No washing up liquid or free toiletries as advertised. On the contrary there was an empty washing up liquid bottle in the kitchen and two empty product bottles in the bathroom. Question when do Booking.com check that the information they advertise is in fact correct?
