Comfortable 2 Bedroom Flat In The City Centre

Clean and tidy with good location.

The accomodation was very clean and comfortable, the eqipment was new. The location is very quiet and peaceful, IT was 2 tram stops to the city center, as well as to the port. The tram stop is a 5-minute walk from the accomodation. Very easily accesible on foot IF you want. The host is very communicative and nice. Lots of food, Coffee and drink options nearby. Also a tram from and to the Airport.

There is nothing to criticize.

Rooms are very clean. Location is also good. Bus stop and tram stop are just 5min away from this.

There is no hand wash.

Very nice and comfortble place

The location was good with tram service ( a 1/2 min walk from the property) to the center of Edinburgh. The house was clean and it good condition. It was perfect for a weekend break . The host was was very helpful and was easy to communicate with him.

Location is great, host is very nice and flat is clean and cosy. Both beds are comfortable, all the devices are working, there's plenty of cutlery at kitchen and boardgames in the living room. Overall it was a great stay and can definitely be recommended for families with kids.

I would suggest to amend the address in the booking details. Property address is shown as 16/4 Springfield Lane, Edinburgh, EH6 5EE however the actual address is 16 Springfield Buildings, Edinburgh EH6 5EG which created minor confusion during keys pickup. We would also like to see soap and shampoo in the bathroom, we didn't find soap at all and shampoo bottle was empty. Overall, pricing is quite high however it's probably impact of summer/festival period in Edinburgh.
