Excellent villa, very clean, lovely little pool

No outdoor cooking area

Absolut tot. Vila este superba, are toate facilitatile ,iar curatenia este impecabila.Este amplasata intr-o zona linistita, dar cu acces facil la marketuri, restaurante si ocean.Gazda a raspuns prompt tuturor cerintelor noastre. Cu siguranta vom reveni aici. Recomandam cu caldura aceasta proprietate.

Tom the host was so helpful and accommodating to our requests. Commmunication pre arrival was great with instructions and even recommendations for local area. Villa was spotless. Heated pool was cleaned regularly and enjoyable all day round. Plenty of sun loungers and even provided stuff you wouldn’t normally expect to find like beach towels etc.

My one suggestion would be to include a Barbecue at the property as when we go away we like to cook and eat outside and most properties have this - I was expecting one.

We had a great stay in the villa, it is very clean and spacious, we had enough private space for everyone. The pool is a great option and well heated also for February. The kitchen is well equiped and the outdoor area is great. The location is perfect choice to visit places in the South.

Nice clean villa, will all that you would need for a home away from home! It's very big, we were 2 families and had plenty of space for everything. The bedrooms are decorated and have everything you need, in the kitchen you have everything for a very nice stay in Tenerife (washing machine, dish washing machine, oven, coffee maker etc).The pool is heated at 28* and it was perfect for the kids to play each evening. We had a rental car and had no issue to get to the markets, attractions. etc. The area is kinda remote so you really need something to move from there. There is plenty of parking spots in front of the Villa, so we found one every day we came back. The host was extra helpful and nice.

The villa is in direct arrival flight path of Tenerife SUR airport. Planes schedule was from 8-9 AM to 11PM, so during the night it was not a problem. But be prepared for countless airplanes to land and make noise. It was not a real problem for us but for someone else might be. The price we paid was so excellent compared with other properties in Adeje (2x the price in Adeje) that we had no issue booking here. Also, this part of Tenerife appears to have a resident cloud above since in 7 days, it was always there. The privacy from the other villa just next door is not good since it's a wire fence, but luckily we had no neighbors during our stay.
