The villa itself is very spacious, comfortable, at the peaceful location. There's an airport near by, but it's not too disturbing. Overall great place to spend holidays.

"A pleasant, well-appointed villa by the golf course"

This was a find! Not cheap, but worth the cost. A lovely, well-equipped villa facing onto Amarilla Golf, with a pleasant garden and heated pool. As with all new properties, there were a few minor “rough edges”, but our experience with the owner/manager (also great communications before and during our stay) suggests these will be smoothed out satisfactorily. Some small supermarkets and a few restaurants within walking distance, but a car is probably necessary. Parking on the property. I would have no hesitation recommending this place. And yes, it’s on the flight path into Tenerife Sur, but this did not bother us.
