Curtains in bedroom had mould stains . Lots of dust on lamp shades

It was very comfortable,cosy.Loved the location,very peaceful.

WiFi could have been better.

We absolutely loved our stay this last week, the lodge was lovely and comfortable. The facilities are perfect for a young family. We will be back!

The location, the hot tub! The bar and restaurant on site were okay, entertainment not on par with other Park Resorts site but it was still okay. The lodge was perfect, it smelt amazing on arrival too! I love the little quirks it has with the signs in the bathroom. I would stay here again, it was lovely! There were people coming to maintain the hot tub every other day, and this was always ready for when we wanted it. Fob didn't work, but owner was made aware and we had the code to get us in the park, so this wasn't a problem.

The hot tub filter section kept coming loose and would often be floating around when the tub was opened. Some of the kitchen utensils need replacing, the frying pan is no longer none stick and the wooden spatula wasn't helpful. Would be useful to have a turner/spatula that is metal. Also pan holder covers, when cooking, the pans got very hot and having to use a tea towel with an open flame gas cooker wasn't great and was a fire risk.

Great location, beautiful lodge, good facilities and fantastic main bedroom suite.

The second room is for children only. We had great difficulty sleeping and using the room as it's really too small for adults and should be advertised as such. Clarity on towels - take your own for hot tub and for showering. Insufficient outside lighting especially while using the hot tub.
