Fabulous location, 15 mins meander gets you into center of Bath. Facilities brilliant - very spacious, 3 large double bedrooms plus sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, superb living/dining/kitchen area all clean and well equipped. Excellent communication. Parking. Stunning decor, If I could move in I would!!!

It was a hidden gem in a residential area as you approach Bath City Centre. Off road secure parking for one car. The view from the little balcony area was incredible. The apartment was on a lovely little block (chapel), on the top floor. The layout and room was great - there were 6 of us, and the decor was beautifully done. So cosy and comfy. It was a 20 minute walk on to Bath which meant you came across little bars, restaurants and shops you wouldn’t have necessarily found if you were in the centre. This was my 4th visit to Bath, and I really enjoyed being a little bit further out because of this. The communication with the property is probably the most quickest and efficient communication I’ve ever had- a friendly reply in less than 20 minutes every time! We’ve already rebooked for next year!

There wasn’t really anything negative!

The accommodation was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and to have a few drinks in the evening. We slept in the bedroom which had another double bed on a mezzanine level. While this might be okay for a family with children staying in this room, for three adults there was a little less privacy than we'd have liked. It was difficult to figure out the bed situation as the pictures and description aren't quite clear, but there are 4 beds: one in a contained double room, two in a room with a mezzanine level, and one sofa bed in the living room which we didn't use.

The host (Scott from The Clean Break Team) was a little blunt with communication when we were trying to establish how many car parking spaces came with the accommodation. I asked if there were enough spaces for the people staying, and in response I was questioned as to where I read that there was more than one space, insinuating that I hadn't read the description properly. However, at the time of booking, it did not specify that there was only one space - the title simply read 'Style & opulence in Georgian chapel w Parking' and there was nothing about it in the description.

Visually the apartment is very interesting and well put together. Looks like the photos. The location is close enough to walk into the city. Also has a Morrisons/large grocery store close by.

Very hot, and the fans provided were pretty weak. The blinds in the double bedroom were broken and meant we were woken at 6:30am as the light was coming in so strong. Sheet only covered the mattress topper didn't cover the mattress so it sort of moved around. Bath was so slow to fill that we gave up. Key fob box wasn't easy to find, there are a lot of black boxes, but none with a number 8 on. So actually had to try a few.

The place is lovely, 20 minute walk to the centre. It's well decorated and very clean. The decor/lights and patio is a lovely extra! The contact with the booking was very quick and efficient. Place had all essentials like sugar, coffee, soap which some places lack. Attention to detail spot on!

Parking was mentioned but believe it's just the one spot. Managed to find street parking nearby for our 2nd vehicle
