The Chapel Loft - with parking

Supper valuable, it’s looks like very experienced professional hotel manager monitoring the whole property, the design is so unique and the statement is really based on the actual situation. My whole family were supper surprised and enjoyed the time we spent there. We are so regret could not stay longer in the property. Hopefully may visit soon.

Key collection was simple and hassle-free, and the location was excellent—perfect for exploring the city and conveniently close to Morrisons for essentials. The lift in the building and on-site parking were incredibly handy. The accommodation itself was stunning, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We especially loved the terrace views and the fun disco lights! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the thoughtful layout of the space was ideal for our group. The room with two beds is cleverly designed to feel like two separate spaces, with one bed on the mezzanine—perfect for privacy. The main bedroom was impressively spacious, and the large, luxurious bathtub was a real highlight. The en-suite and additional bathrooms were a lifesaver, allowing all three of us—my sister, niece, and me—to get ready simultaneously. The property is also ideally located, with the city center and Bath's magical Christmas markets just a short away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice!

Stylish premises, conveniently located. It had everything we needed for a very good weekend.

There was poor communication over the access to the apartment itself and to the parking lot. We were promised an email with the key-box code at 09:00 on the day of arrival: that never came. On arrival at 4 PM I telephoned the call-centre which answered on the third attempt and told me the code and we got in OK. We were not previously informed that street parking in the service road is possible: however, we used that and never went round the back to the private parking. The over-frequent email messages from Bookings.com were too long and repetitive, the last one delivered a day after we got home still said "We are looking forward to welcoming you to Bath and North East Somerset." Your webpage could indicate the closeness to a Morrison's Supermarket. We were glad to use it for our self-catering.

Great decoration, lots of space to socialise and very warm.

Only one shower for 4 adults The external door in main bedroom didn’t lock (access to balcony) There was a sulphur smell from the drain in one bathroom.

Really great size, clean and cool decor. Beds really comfy.

My only recommendation would be to have a hair dryer

Smelly bathrooms generally awful smell to properly nothing worked and very unclean . External doors to outside spaces cannot be locked felt unsafe and in secure. Grubby sofas we had to put towels on in order to sit down.

Lovely stylish decor, it really had the wow factor! Really comfy beds, lovely open space in the lounge/diner and nice terrace too! Great location and parking was really helpful.

Noticed quite a few cobwebs and there was a very potent drain smell when bath/shower was run which lingered for quite sometime!
