The Chapel Loft - with parking

Very quirky and different, bedrooms and lounge/ dining room and kitchen very good and lovely to have a little balcony, would be great in warm weather.

Couldn't contact the owner, only a few things wrong e.g. radiator in the shower room wasn't working and it was cold. Booking. Com were unacceptable they charged me extra money the day when I was traveling for tax etc and it was already payed. They also said that parking was free and I got a parking ticket ! If you are going then query this with booing com.

The parking was a bonus. Place was so fabulously decorated x

Apartment was beautiful, location was great, view from terrace was lovely, bathroom was great.

Non-stop emails from the managing agent in the few days prior became confusing.

Property was lovely but lacked in a few areas considering it was supposed to sleep up to 8 .... small details, but eg only 2 wine glasses, and parking clearly needs highlighting in the advert for the property that there is only space for one car. Other minor points were the shower controls come off in your hand as does the bathroom door handle and there is a fan that runs all night that's audible from the bedroom with the bath....which is really annoying .... cupboard door hanging off in the kitchen.... all small points but if no one says then nothing improves.

Such a beautiful apartment! Stayed with a group of friends and it was spacious for the six of us. Enough bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Secure allocated parking around the rear of the property was such a bonus. The apartment was just a 20-minute walk into town. Morrisons was just around the corner too which was convenient to get supplies. The apartment was well equipped with coffee, sugar and tea. Nice soft towels were provided. There was a smell as mentioned in other reviews coming from one of the toilets. Only criticism we could make was the dust in the living room. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the apartment for a stay in Bath.

The flat was fab, plenty of space, was clean etc. The decor was incredible, just my style, so I loved that aspect. I was attracted to the huge bath in the master bedroom, but sadly, we couldn't use it.

We arrived, and there was a constant beeping from the fire alarm and carbon monoxide detectors. We let the management team know (they were very reaponsive) & they advised us to disconnect both & send someone over, who was going to come back the following day to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, they didn't return, so we were left without smoke & heat detection or carbon monoxide detectors, which was a bit concerning....but as it was only two nights, we cracked on. There was the most intense smell of sulphur, which was emanating from the drains. The smell was all around the building, so not isolated to the flat. However, it was incredibly strong in the master bedroom, hence why we were unable to use the bath. We couldn't even bare to be in that bathroom, the smell was to intense. It's a real shame, and we appreciate it's not really something that the owners can do something about, as it really is a building wide issue. Sadly, it would put me off returning here as it really did make me feel quite sick. Beds are quite uncomfortable, super soft mattress toppers made us feel like we were sleeping on a marshmallow, but again, for two nights, it is bearable. I would note, if you require more than one parking space, it is a bit of a pain, do not park out the front as this is resident only parking and you will get a ticket. There is on street parking further up the road.
