We weren’t made aware of the parking restrictions and got a ticket

Ambience and interesting decor. The apartment was spacious and there were many groovy aspects to the experience.

I think there were a few too many emails and instructions from the Clean Team- it all got very confusing. When you are travelling for 5 weeks and staying somewhere new every 2-3 days many emails are received from different properties and it is hard to keep up- one email explaining check in etc will suffice. We also had issues with the drying section of the washing machine so we had to use a laundrette- this was reported but nothing done. A little disappointing.

Everything..it was exactly as described.

No information pack on arrival & we could not access anything online either. This resulted in us receiving a parking ticket for parking in the wrong place! This was easily avoidable by explaining the parking before arrival or better still leaving a note with the plastic fob which was randomly left on the dining table, apparently this was for the electric gates at the rear of the property & our private parking space! The only thing that ever mentioned the word ‘parking’ was an email received 20 minutes after our arrival & then all it did was point us towards what it said was an information page..which we could not find! When we got our ticket on the Wednesday night I called your customer services & they sent me a text msg which simply explained everything. Why couldn’t we have been sent this before we arrived, if we had then we wouldn’t have received a parking fine of £35! This really spoilt our stay & your customer services team weren’t bothered at all. What was even more ridiculous is that someone had gone to the trouble of leaving a handwritten note on how to use the electric blind in the bedroom but didn’t think they needed to tell us what a black plastic fob was for. I think that is far more important! So I took it upon myself to leave a handwritten note for your next guests as I would hate for this unnecessary thing to happen to anyone else.

Als je van koken houdt dan is de keuken wat beperkt

Leider hat uns nichts wirklich gut gefallen. Sehr dunkel, ungenügende und ungewöhnliche Beleuchtung.

Es werden 3 Bäder angegeben, aber nur eines davon hat eine echte Dusche. Eines hat eine Badewanne (viel zu groß) und eines ist nur ein WC. Sehr schlechte Lichtverhältnisse in den Bädern, rasieren gerät zur Glückssache. Abflüsse sind teils verstopft, in einer Dusche fiel eine Armatur einfach ab… ist wohl schon länger defekt. Alles ist auch leicht schmuddelig, auch in der Küche. Hier kam uns beim putzen auch ein Brenner vom Gasherd entgegen…

Spacious and comfortable for a group, lovely terrace with views. Very easy check-in process and communicative hosts. Great location.

The blind in one of the rooms was electric and the mechanism didn’t work. The same window was at quite a height and it wasn’t immediately clear how it was supposed to be opened (crucial as it was so hot) Some additional info / instructions at the house for things like this would be great. Only one stand in shower for the entire house. The other shower is in a bath and the shower head needs to be held.

Comfortable and well-equipped flat. Excellent location with private parking. Staff was very responsive.
