The Chapel Loft - with parking

A comfortable apartment in a handy location for central Bath.

The heating did not work for a few days and the apartment was cold. Handled badly by the host. Bathrooms did indeed smell bad as other people have noted. Barrage of emails from the host prior to arrival was quite ridiculous and annoying.

Everything, it’s Very stylish, comfortable and the location is about a 15/20 minute walk to the city centre passing many quirky shops on the way. There’s a big Morrisons just down the road too. Parking was easy and free. There’s a lift, fully kitted out kitchen, clean, warm, cute, what’s not to like?

Loved the quirkiness of the apartment. Loved the decor...it was just beautiful...

Beds were not overly comfortable not a lot of space in smaller room for cases.

It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and lovely living area.

Lockbox outside the building easy to access apartment key. Car parking fob kept in apartment so a little complicated to sort out parking. Lovely modern apartment.

So many emails and messages it was difficult to find the instructions when needed. One email with all the information would be much easier. Parking information was difficult to find as it was a link within one of the many messages. You had to park outside the front of the building (not easy), go up to the apartment to collect the fob and then reverse to access the lane out the back. Massive pothole full of water to navigate. Not simple to use the fob in the pouring rain. Our main complaint was that there is only one shower in an apartment that sleeps 6 people. The second bedroom had a wonderful big bathtub - very luxurious but not ideal for our Canadian visitor in a hurry to get out to visit tourist attractions. Also strong smell of drains in that bedroom. Only other issue was filling in advanced information and being asked to pay damage insurance. I contacted the owner as we have never been asked to pay this before. Owner said it was not compulsory but we had constant messages from the management company saying they needed us to complete the booking process.

The apartment is stunning, so much detail. Surrounded by beautiful things. Beautiful views across Bath. It felt very homely and clean. Nice location, short walk into Bath.

The bathroom's sink drain was quite smelly. 🤷
