Résidence très bien située, proche du lac et des commerces. Parking gratuit sur place. Appartement avec grand balcon vue partielle des montagnes et du lac.

Négligence total dans ce logement : Pas de vraie climatisation, ventilateurs fixés au plafond dans une chambre et la salle à manger. Pas de ventilateur dans la cuisine ni la très petites chambre avec 3 lits superposés. Problème éclairage dans les pièces (les interrupteurs ne correspondent pas à l'éclairage fixé). Balcon très sale avec mobiliers extérieurs très abîmés et poussièreux,. inutilisable pendant le séjour ! Nettoyage superficiel de l'ensemble de l'appartement surtout les sols. Espace limitée pour 6 personnes car pas de table à manger dans la grande pièce. Salle de bain désuette avec pare-douche non fixé. Cuisine fonctionnelle mais armoire trop haute à atteindre. Résidence pas assez entretenue.

Appartement très bien situé, proche du magnifique lac de Côme. Lits très confortables, fauteuil confortable également. Système de ventilation au plafond très agréable par temps chaud. Communication agréable avec le propriétaire.

The location was wonderful! Quick walk to nice beaches and wonderful restaurants within a few minutes of the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortably appointed. The host was incredibly kind and provided us with recommendations for restaurants and activities. We hope to return soon!!

The property was wonderful. Nothing not to like!!
