GRThe location is excellent. The house and the rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Even though we were a party of eight -family and friends- we all enjoyed a sense of privacy. Unfortynately we did not enjoy the lovely garden because of the time of year and the midges.
The double bed on the first floor tilts on the one side.

Disappointed with the equipment in the kitchen, plenty of pans and plates but missing essentials like cutlery, wine and standard glasses plus cooking utensils. Told there was kitchen cleaning products but only fairy liquid and a dishcloth. No tv channels so unless you like you tube or a subscriber of netflix you can't watch telly. No radio. Oven is a nightmare to use as no instructions. 40 mins to cook a frozen pizza! The photos on this site are old and different furniture is downstairs. The Outdoor area needs a good clean but I couldn't find a brush nor has the ratten furniture any cushions so its unusable. The house is up for sale so there isn't money being spent on it . Although this review isn't great the house could be fabulous with a bit of maintenance. Take some cleaning stuff and be prepared for basic facilities and you'll be fine.
GBGood sized house and comfortable sleep, plenty of bathrooms and space. Arrochar is lovely and house location is ideal walkable to pubs and restaurants. Loch Lomond west coast so easy to reach for activities too. Host was responsive over messaging service
Had to phone to ask for lockbox code and check-in instructions Rubbish bins outside were bursting full even though we were told they'd be emptied Several cobwebs in at least 3 of the rooms Not enough plates and cutlery Taps on the bath don't work properly
