USWe came to move my daughter out of UTampa. The elevator was broke, we had to carry 6 rollers bags down to the car along with several other items my daughter had in her dorm room. Big inconvenience!

I was there for 3 days and 2 nights, and elevator did not work. I had to bring luggage and personal items up three flites of stairs with no offer to help or provide compensation for the inconvenience. I asked for an extra pillow but never received it. Bedding was OK, but I was cold with the AC and had to use towels to stay warm. I was here before and it was much better... I don't know what happened.
