The floors of the room moved when you walked. The elevator was down on the second day of our stay when we were going out for the day. It was out again on the third day after we got back from a concert and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. The next day at check out it was still not working so we had to use the stairs to get our luggage to the car and check out. This hotel is fairly new and the lady at the front desk told another quest maybe the elevator couldn’t handle the occupancy at that time. I don’t think the hotel was full.
PREstaba cerca de Raymond Stadium , lo cual nuestro viaje era para BTS Concert. Cerca del aeropuerto. Muy limpio el Hotel y el Staff muy agradable.

Off the beaten track Elevator broken for 2 days
USThe place seemed very clean and stuff were responsive at the counter. The room itself was fine bed was not great and there was no silverware even though there was a kitchenette.
Did not like the fact that the elevator broke multiple times, people got stuck. The fire department had to come. There's only one elevator and the staff when checking out we're actually not there left a box saying please leave cards here for Express checkout. Even though I waited for a while about 15 minutes still no one came to the counter so I submitted my cards.
