It could have really done with a freshen uo as there was dust around and we found hair and debris in the bathroom.

USEverything was clean, nicely organized, tastefully decorated; excellent pub nearby and Bodiam Castle a few steps away. For our purposes (visiting local gardens) it worked out beautifully.
We did have problems finding the property; we were given some "bad" directions by someone at the Castle--and since we are unfamiliar with the area and the roads, it took us some time to figure out where the pavilion was located.
GBGBA great find, property was well equipped and bigger than it looks on the photos. Would easily accommodate a family or group of friends for a short break. Down a private road but only five minutes walk from a decent food pub. Lovely and secluded and very quiet, perfect for those looking to get away from it all for a short break. Very dog friendly, secure garden and walking from the front door.
Wi-Fi was patchy, perfectly good when it was it was working but we encountered short not-spots on both days. Double mattress is firm, fine once you are used to it, but you will be so walked out you probably won’t even notice.
