The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the location of the hotel was good, near the station, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The hostess Cristina was so welcoming, very informative with local recommendations and she went above and above and beyond during our stay.

The location was central to everything, public transport, ferries, restaurants etc Espresso machine in shared kitchen was great. Management very helpful and friendly. A lovely stay.

Frau Cristina ist eine herzliche, äusserst zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche in und um La Spezia gegeben hat. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Zimmer liegt in der Innenstadt, Motorradabstellplätze befinden sich direkt gegenüber. Alles sauber & tadellos.

Estructura en el centro de la ciudad, súper bien ubicada, a diez minutos a pie de la estación de tren, diez minutos del puerto y cinco minutos de la calle peatonal. La limpieza fue lo que más nos sorprendió, todo impecable!!! Cristina y su mamá dos personas adorables, atentas y cordiales, se ve todo el empeño que le ponen a su trabajo. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Realmente un placer alojarnos aquí, volveremos y lo recomendaremos sin duda!
