We had an absolutely amazing stay! Cristina and Giulia are incredibly friendly and welcoming, we couldn’t imagine a better arrival. They provided clear instructions about the facilities, prepared thoughtful schedules and maps, and stocked the room with all the necessary tourist information, along with complimentary tea, coffee, cookies, and water. The space is very clean, fresh, and extremely well maintained. You can feel in every detail that they run it with love and passion. Any question we had was answered promptly and kindly. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were super comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is also excellent: just a 5-minute walk to the local market, 10 minutes to the harbor, and 10 minutes to the railway station, making it very convenient for exploring Cinque Terre. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting La Spezia and hopefully one day we stay there again too.

Det var en rigtig god placering og stedet var ordentligt og rent. Værelset var dejligt stort, og Christina og hendes datter er søde, venlige og hjælpsomme.

Der er lydt, og sengen er ikke den bedste.

O quarto era super limpo, espaçoso e confortável. A cama era ótima, o banheiro também, com toalhas cheirosas e de boa qualidade. A localização é excelente, tem tudo o que a gente precisa por perto. Achei um detalhe muito legal terem café, chá, água e croissants disponíveis todos os dias. As funcionárias foram incríveis, muito simpáticas e prestativas, até passaram algumas roupas para a gente sem a gente pedir. Esse cuidado fez toda a diferença. Gostamos muito da estadia e com certeza recomendamos!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti qui e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima al centro e comoda a tutti i servizi, ideale per muoversi a piedi senza alcuna difficoltà. Le camere sono accoglienti, pulite e dotate di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Un grande grazie a Cristina e Giulia, che sono state gentilissime e sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Wir wurde herzlich begrüsst und uns wurde direkt alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und modern, man hat alles wo man braucht. Wir könnten das Auto direkt vor dem Haus parkieren was mega praktisch war. Man ist schnell beim Meer, im Zentrum oder beim Bahnhof. Wenn man noch mehr Sterne vergeben könnten würde wir das machen. Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis.
