Als erstes muss Christina als Gastgeberin mit 10 Sternchen bewertet werden, sie kümmert sich um alle Anliegen und hat uns bei der Parkplatzsuche voll unterstützt - dafür nochmals hier auch ein DANKE Lage - 10 min vom Bahnhof entfernt, ideal um die Cinque Terre zu erkunden, in die Altstadt sind es 5min zu Fuss.

uns Zimmer war genau oberhalb der Bushaltestelle ab 6 Uhr lauter, aber Nachts ist es sehr ruhig

We had a wonderful stay in La Spezia thanks to Cristina, an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was always quick to respond, incredibly attentive to our needs, and even surprised us with thoughtful touches upon arrival. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is also perfect: just a short walk from the train station and with public transport stops right next to the building. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend!

Christina und ihre Tochter waren sehr nett und haben uns Auskunft gegeben, wenn wir Tipps brauchten. In unserem Zimmer gab es keine Küche (wir hatten uns die Bilder vorher nicht so genau angeschaut), aber wir durften die Gemeinschaftsküche nutzen und konnten auf dem wunderschönen Balkon frühstücken. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt.

Das WLAN war nicht immer verfügbar.

Excelente atención de las dueñas, todo muy cómodo e impecable la limpieza. Veníamos de una mala experiencia en otro alojamiento de La Spezia y el excelente trato en este hotel nos permitió pasar una estadía hermosa en esta ciudad.

Everything in our stay was just amazing! We would definitely come back and stay at Cristina's place again, also recommend to friends! Cristina was super kind and friendly, she was giving a lot of guidance and recommendations during all our stay. The place itself is super clean and well-maintained! There is some free water/coffee included and all kind of toiletries. Check in was very easy. Location is just perfect - super central - close to everything, the center, the marina, the train station and also one of the best bakeries in town is just less than 1 min away! Simply everything was perfect!!

Great central location, really comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and everything was super clean. What really touched us was the kindness of the owners and it was great to have snacks :)
