great location and walking distance to everything food and shopping.

parts were a little outdated but I could tell this was a work in process. nothing that prevents me from booking again.

Absolutely worst check in and check out service. Very disrespectful and rude. Shower head broke first day we were there. No toilet paper. And the soaps were almost non existent. The beds were very uncomfortable. My back threw out because of it. You are required to wash all dishes and clean up all trash or your charged extra. They truly don't provide any service or amenities that you think you are paying for. Extremely disappointed

I booked just a few days before we arrived and because of that the price had gone down. I don't know what regular price is but for our cost we had a spectacular stay. I can see why someone would complain about the odor in the bathroom however, I lived in Florida for 4 years and I know that that is how the water smells on beachside. The room was clean. Larger than most other ones I looked at. We had an incredible view. The only thing that I would change would be the fact that it lists a hair dryer and there was not one in the room. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and they're Lazy River and the child's pool area. Overall it was fantastic!

We got stuck in an elevator. Apparently this was an ongoing problem. I requested that signs be put up in the elevator blocked, the person working the desk simply refuse to do it and kept stating that they were working on it. I understood that. But no one should have to be stuck in the elevator even for a few minutes. It's frightening.

The location, view, and hotel amenities were perfect for our family!

The room itself is very worn and somewhat rusty in areas.

The location was excellent, the view amazing!!! The pool deck was a great place to sit and unwind after a busy day at the conference. Also enjoyed the full service outside bar.

Overall, the facility and especially the unit needs an update. Fresh paint, clean grout, a patio door that opens and closes easily. It would also be nice to have coffee available earlier.
