bob and vicki are evil people they wanted to put me out knowing i had a newborn at 11 at night.. when i had 3 more days on my trip. the police wouldnt do it they felt it was inhuman..

I messaged maintenance 3 days in a row asking for a hair dryer . I kept getting the same answer " first thing tomorrow". I never received a hair dryer. Also upon check in the lady was very rude.

I have never stayed at a resort with so many amenities. They have live music, kids crafts in the morning, so many pools and everything for the family. Brand new couch in the living room area was so nice! Such a good addition

This is the second year I have stayed here and the condo itself in general was a little bit rattier than I remember from last year. It is a beautiful place And you see the beach so well. The front door chain lock was broken/ripped off of the door and I would have really liked that piece of mind. My just-turned-two year old had a tendency of opening the front door and if I were in the bathroom or stepped away from him at any moment he would have been gone. Scary. The handle of the refrigerator was previously broken and superglued together so we were on pins and needles making sure it did not break again and become responsible for the part. Also the sink is sitting on the counter not connected and the particle board shows from certain angles at the bar. Many things need updating and the ice from the maker in the freezer tastes like mildew. Almost all of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet. The hot water was barely hot enough for my liking and it was turned all the way hot in the shower to be comfortable. I would not complain to anyone about these things and it did not put a damper in my trip in any way. We will go again but will probably check out another room next time. But it’s hard to beat that view and location of the room. More private than most and the balcony sits right in the middle of the pools/lazy river. And please for the love of God get some new mattresses. Me, my husband and 10 year old daughter slept like garbage every night. Very hard and uncomfortable.
