Comfortable place and nice neighbourhood

Lovely property in a quiet street. Comfortable beds and clean throughout. Great lounge and sofa. Friendly hosts and good communication. Definitely recommend!

Door code was slightly temperamental - we worried about gaining access a couple of times.

Location, spaciousness, bedroom and bathroom facilities

The dining room window and kitchen windows were bare, just a suggestion to cover the windows for privacy.

Nice size rooms, comfortable beds, warm and cosy.

Could have been cleaner, the towel rail in the bathroom wasn't very clean and some of the pots and pans needed a wash before we could use them. But on the whole a lovely place to stay.

Entering the property was easy and straightforward. The instructions provided were clear, making the process smooth. We received a code via email, which made access convenient.

The facilities felt outdated. For instance, the radiator in the middle room couldn't be adjusted as the knob appeared broken. Additionally, the bedding had visible marks on it. (see attached images)

The house was beautiful and spacious. I loved everything. The host is available for calls and responds to emails..location is central

One bedroom had strong urine smell this means one of the guest who was there previously decided to help themselves in the bedroom... I find that as an insult to the host, how on earth would you go to someone's house to urinate in the bedroom...thank God the host is one person who understands we could have left the place and book somewhere else but because other rooms where clean we decided not to use the other bedroom. Due to those reasons... which was an inconvenience for us because we had upgraded from a two bed to a 3 bed only to discover this...maybe best to remove the carpets because this will cause the whole house to stink..
