Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment - Great Location

Convenient location and a good size apartment

We booked for 5 people but the sofa bed wasn’t made up and there was no bedding so we had to go and buy stuff. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet and was dirty.

Owners requested ID and £100 deposit as a ‘legal obligation’. It’s not a legal obligation. I’d rather they were honest and asked as it was their policy rather than threatening not to allow the stay due to legal obligation to provide ID. Lots of damage to every room of the apartment. Front door and only exit had a broken lock making it very difficult to lock and open in an emergency. Not sure how that is legal. Used condom wrappers on the floor in one of the bedrooms.

Television wasn't working no internet no mirrors in bathroom & bedroom & the door to the apartment wouldn't lock when inside

The location is great as you're very central and everything is a short walk away. The apartment itself was nice enough, very spacious and the kitchen had a good variety of utensils etc.

The door didn't lock from inside which was bizarre to us. We raised this as an issue but unfortunately, although we were told we'd be updated on when this would be remedied, it never was, which left us feeling quite unsafe In the flat over our two night stay. There was no hairdryer either, again raised but not resolved. The sofa bed was also quite small, and we opted not to use this.

The front door to the apartment would not lock and had to put a cabinet against the door to feel a bit safer (we are a group of 25 year old girls) I did notify the staff however by the time they had replied we had already left the apartment for a night out. There are multiple dried blood splatters around the apartment. Apartment could do with a deep clean. Wifi connection isn’t brilliant, ended up connecting the TV to mobile hotspot. There is only 3 sets of Knifes and forks

Great location for centre just a 100 yards to shopping

Very cheap furniture and uncomfortable couch and chair , blinds and windows dirty and when we arrived we had to walk over fresh paint and the fumes where really bad along with paint all over carpets .

It was only a 5 minute walk from Rock City. Staff were very helpful and offered a full refund.

The apartment was not as advertised. It was dirty, unsecure, no WiFi, no TV, the kitchen was filthy, and looked as if the oven had never been cleaned. We booked for 5 adults, but the 'sofa bed' was barely suitable for a child. High noise levels until early hours of the morning.

Very clean apartment with everything you’d need. Very reasonably priced and excellent location. Located on busy street so beware for noise but fine for us (aged 25-30).

Wifi unfortunately didn’t work however have discussed this with property owner. Main entrance door doesn’t shut properly unless slammed so was wary of people coming in from street - apartment on second floor so secure enough.
