Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment - Great Location

Actually it’s hard to arrive the location because no clear direction you can improve this please.

Location was very good and apartment was spacious, nice use of laundry, helped a lot.

Communication on location was wrong, and no one picked up the phone, last minute request for deposit, and apartment can use a good cleaning.

The location was great! Very close to the town center and other shops.

The only issue was the lights innonenof the bedrooms was flickering and when was first arrived the apartment smelled like was smoking.

Great location, lovely decor and it had a very homely feel.

There was a strong aroma of cannabis inside the property. this smell would get stronger at times so I guess neighbours above or below smoked this regularly in their property.

The property is an excellent size for 4 people and is in a good location for the centre of Nottingham.

This is a difficult review to write because the property was fine but the experience of dealing with the owners would have made sleeping in my car more palatable.

06/03/2024 Edit...I am editing this review based on the owners fabricated response. The only thing that is true below is that they did message me on booking com the day after I booked with a link to ask me to go outside the platform and provide them with more money and credit card details. I spoke to Booking about this on the day of check in and they confirmed that A: Never provide personal details direct to the property owners as per their, Booking com's, confirmation email and terms. Never pay an additional deposit as per the Booking com deposit guarantee, which they provide the property owner. This property owner never reached out by further message or phone, I had to spend 3 hours on the phone with booking com and then a further 40 minutes calling the owner twice an hour after my check in time still trying to get the check in info. Harry, don't lie, just change for the better No property entry details supplied, then sent a dubious looking link to leave the safety of booking. Com and provide the owners a picture of my drivers license and credit card details so they could take an extra £100 deposit. When I refused and went through customer services at booking I was told unless i give them these details and deposit I couldn’t access the property. It took 3 hours of messing around to sort out . The owners then offered complimentary late check out as an apology. When I asked on Sunday morning what time that meant I had to leave i was told I hadn’t paid so needed to get out by 10. Liars and unprofessional would be my review
