Apartment Venus of the Palace - NEW RENOVATED

The location is fantastic, close to everything on foot. It had nice sheets, towels and toiletries and very comfortable bed. The host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable.

Interior do apartamento muito limpo. Porem fica no final de uma viela um pouco suja. Os funcionários de um restaurante próximo fazem uso constante da viela como ponto de descanso e fumodromo.

Venus of the Palace put us right in the heart of Split, day and night the vibe was great and we could get everywhere we wanted to easily on foot.

Super location. Like going back in time!! Service and host very professional and helpful.

Wifi issues and little or no data coverage. Otherwise it was very good! Very small fridge and kitchen area.

The location was fabulous, the host was extremely helpful even though it clashed with him not being in the country. It was a very cosy room and well appointed, had everything we needed including some welcome items. First time we have never had to buy toilet rolls. It was so close to everything and although I struggle a little with mobility, this being ground floor level as an absolute bonus. The shower was fabulous and we really enjoyed the little outside space. The host instructions to get to the apartment were excellent, we found it first time through the maze of tiny streets that all look alike. Thanks Marino we had a fabulous stay and we hope to come back again. We would most certainly recommend it to any of our friends

Nothing, just that our visit was too short

Marino was a wonderful host, giving detailed and clear communication on checking in, recommendations of things to do, and answering questions. The property is in the perfection location, very central and easy to walk to everything. Bonus that it’s on the ground floor and no stairs to get to it! It’s very charming and had all of the amenities needed.

The only thing that would have been nice is to be able to mount the shower handle.

This cosy studio flat is excellently located in a quiet cul-de-sac within the original site of Diocletian’s Palace, right in the heart of the old city. Numerous bars, cafés, and restaurants are just seconds away, yet, despite this, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The interior is lovingly decorated in a rustic style and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the linen immaculately clean. Our host, Marino, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information about Split and the surrounding islands. We would be delighted to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it.

A wall attachment for the shower head would be welcome.

The property was in a great location, easily accessible to shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The host was very helpful sending us all information beforehand and has very good communication. The property has all essentials needed for cooking or making tea/coffee.
