Hotel bien situado, con buen restaurante, y una habitación cómoda y con bastante espacio. Disponen de servicio de lavanderia, aunque se paga adicional. El personal es muy atento.

we found the bed sheets and towels very dirty. When we asked for replacements, we were given even dirtier ones, with stains, hair, and body hair. After a long wait, and only by helping in the search ourselves, we finally managed to get clean sheets. After checking out and leaving Varanasi, I received suspicious messages from someone claiming to be the hotel manager. They said the credit card payment had not been properly processed because they hadn’t verified my identity as the cardholder, and they asked me to provide all my card details. Despite containing correct personal details, the messages were contradictory and appeared to be scams

Cleanliness can be much better in family room. Delux room was better, but the other family room had broken and dirty dustbin, bedsheets had stains, chair seat was wobbly , the door did not lock easily, had to push the door really hard so that it locks. For the money they charged, the room value was low, it didn’t even have a mini fridge.

Struttura sporca e rumorosa. Colazione assente una delle due notti perché non presente un numero sufficiente di ospiti. Proposto late checkout all arrivo, ma rifiutato in un secondo momento nonostante la struttura fosse vuota.

Bien muy limpio y muy bien ubicado, el desayuno si no está incluido debes pedirlo a la carta pero no es excesivamente caro. Estuve en habitación compartida femenina y estuve genial. Tienes hasta propia ducha!

Limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. Tienen ventilador, aire acondicionado y ascensor. Personal muy servicial. Tienen habitaciones privadas y compartidas. Además, las compartidas de mujeres tienen ducha y wc individuales. Al estar ubicado en una de las calles principales el taxi puede dejarte en la puerta.
