Amazing the Waikato River-View Brand New Villa with 4 bedrooms

Everything! Host was excellent at communication. The view was gorgeous, especially at sunset/sunrise when the sun hit the winter/autumn tree leaves and glistened off of the river. The layout and amenities of the accommodation were superb! Extremely impressed and highly recommend <3

Everything was amazing!!

Very roomy- well supplied kitchen- lovely showers. Great view over the river.

The only caution would be that the garage is quite narrow so if you have a larger vehicle (we had a people mover) be careful to retract the wing mirrors before driving in.

Plenty of space. Clean. Plenty of bathrooms. Had a ground floor bedroom and 3 more upstairs.

You definitely need a car to rent this property as it is a little out of the way. We didn’t cook any meals there but the kitchen extractor fan looked like it needed fixing or cleaning. There was netting on it. Didn’t bother us.

Lovely view, lots of space and good parking. Comfortable. Almost everything provided. Very clean!

The beds are a little old or of lesser quality. A few extra things needed like a dishcloth and perhaps face cloths.

Was nice and big, lots of space for my big whānau.With 2 mokos(grandchildren)under the age of 3,having the full safety fence,especially been near the river,was fantastic. Fabulous area!

와이카토강이 보이는 풍경과 넓고 깨끗한 공간이 전체적으로 조화롭게 아름다웠습니다. 7명이 머물렀는데 침대가 크고 침구가 깨끗했으며 화장실과 샤워룸도 넉넉해서 편리했습니다. 넓은 주방과 테라스 공간도 예뻐서 우리 일행 모두 만족스러워 했어요. 지인들에게 추천하고 싶어요.

집 내부는 특별히 아쉬울 것이 없었습니다. 와이카토강이 눈앞에 보이는데도 강을 따라 산책할 수 있는 길은 없어서 안타까웠답니다.
