Flat in London- Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment Harrow near Wembley

The location was perfect for our visit to Wembley. The size of the flat was good.

The kettle needs a deep clean. I made us all a brew and lumps of scale fell out. The walls are dirty, and the windows don't close properly. If this flat had some love and attention to detail and a good clean. It could be perfect for a weekend stay over.

Extra charge for checking in an hour early. Plus checkout at 1030 !!! After charging premium rates for the place. Gbp 15 for checking in early by an hour ! After changes gbp 350 per day …. Are you kidding me ?

Perfect location, big bedrooms, lovely Host, all nice and clean and was very pleased there was a free parking space.

The bathroom shower head didn't work, not great when the water comes only from the tap and can't use the shower head.. but we stayed for just one night so it didn't bother us too much.. can be annoying if you plan to stay longer.

Very badly Maintenance. Terrible stay and experience. Wi-Fi - initially not working Bathroom - broken leaking water stagnation in Bath tub shower was broken Bed Washing machine was not clean. Pots and pans in kitchen was dirty and smelling. We Decided not to cook. When we checked in the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. After 2 days Wi-Fi started to work. Bathroom was terrible water leaking from the shower when brought it up they repaired it but the shower didn’t work. Last 2 days we couldn’t take a shower. The landlord gave us a bucket. How do we bathe with a bucket in a Bath tub. The beds too were uncomfortable. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF MY MONEY. As we have to pay the entire amount upfront before check in and the property was not Upto the standards. Thus I appeal to the management of BOOKING.COM to arrange for a FULL REFUND of my money. Also @Booking.com not sure what is your quality check process to listing a property I think you must really look into it. Cause u am forced to rethink whenever I have to use booking.com again. Especially when the property knew that I am coming for a long stay for over a week they should have checked the apartment. My family and I are terribly upset and have no words to express. Please choose this place only if you have no othrr option.

Great location for our trip to Wembley stadium. Near the M1 and local pubs and takeaways within 200yds. Also free car parking.

It was basic but clean, no complaints from us.

the location is excellent, a lovely neighbourhood, very quiet, hardly any traffic. the apartment is very clean, two double bedrooms with storage, lovely comfy beds with crisp sheets, comfortable lounge with firestick tv, the kitchen is equipped with all you'll need to make snacks or maybe an evening meal should you wish? fridge freezer and a washer are in situ. Nice sized bathroom with shower, towels are provided. we were staying for the fa cup final, it's a perfect location for that or any other event within London via the kenton station, 5 mins away, or uber. all in all it's the best accommodation we've stayed in within the five years of coming down to the smoke, thats including location, cost and comfort, we were even visited by a lovely flock of ring tail paraqueets. Big thanks to our hosts.

if I had to be picky I'd ask for the hot tap in the bathroom to be fixed.

The location

The rooms were in need of a refresh. There were toe nail clippings on one of the bedroom carpets. I bought bleach to clean the kitchen sink and bathroom. The shower leaked.

The location is good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the closest Tube station. The host was very responsive and immediately catered to our needs. We approciate that, even on Christmas eve, they attended to our needs.

It would have been great if the property was equiped with a toaster, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. before guest arrival. These are standard items which were not provided. On asking, it was provided immediately. Toilet paper was not enough - just one. On requesting for more, just 3 more were provided, which was not sufficient. Even extra towels were not provided. We had to ask for more and they were delievered immediately. The chairs were shaky and unusable. We let the host know and they replaced them within a few days. The hot water for the shower cannot handle more than one person at a time. The host had a plumber out but it was not resolved. The pillows were as flat as the prairies. Very uncomfortable. The chester drawer was broken. The mattress was squeaky and the springs would make a loud sound when you turn. Since we stayed for 19 days, a cleaning service should have been provided but that was a paid service. If a guest stays for more than 10 days, the cleaning service should be provided for free.
