It had allocated parking which made it really easy for us. The location is relatively quiet and feels very safe to walk around. Walking distance to the city centre and tube stations. It has a kitchen which made it easy if we did want to cook and stay in.

Would I recommend this place? No. Would I stay again? No. The communication wasn’t the best, I had to reach out for check in details at 5pm on the day of our checkin, and they didn’t reply via booking so I had to send a chase via text. The fixtures and fittings in this apartment was nearing on being very poor. The taps were labelled incorrectly and turned the wrong way. The overhead lights were cool white which made it very hard to feel relaxed. There were no lamps anywhere which they could’ve done with littered around, but especially so in the bedrooms. The pillows provided were very flat and the covers looked like it was pillow protectors rather than actual pillow covers. Same for the duvets. The headboards of the bed would freak and the mattress quality was poor, as you could feel the springs and it would creak, so everytime you tossed and turned the other person would feel it. We stayed for 2 nights and had terrible sleep. The sofas weren’t very comfortable either. Not a huge deal ultimately but if we were renting out our space we would’ve invested in better quality items. With everything said, we felt it was very expensive and not very good value at all. We are surprised this place is rated so highly, if you’re thinking of booking please do so at your caution. If we could do it again we’d just stay at a travel lodge.

Location was excellent - 10 min walk from two different tube stations and a good shopping centre but on a quiet road and excellent private parking. Host was super helpful and responded to my questions quickly. The block of flats was also nice and quiet and it felt safe walking back late from the tube.

It would have been nice to have a toaster in the kitchen and the shower screen leaked a bit.
