The WaterHouse Avenue by Kandara 5 Star City Home in Maidstone

The hosts were great and easily contactable should you have needed them. Everything was immaculate and high tech and all in great order. Superb kitchen/dining area and 2 bedrooms with good size beds which were extremely comfortable along with a balcony. There is a Miller and Carter steakhouse within a short stroll from the apartment and if you wanted a longer walk then you can drop down to the river Medway and walk directly into the bustling historic town full of restaurants and entertainment. To sum up I would highly recommend this accommodation for a short break. Trevor and Eileen.

There was nothing to dislike

The apartment was absolutely perfect… everything we needed. Clean,stylish and comfortable. We felt completely at home there and wish we had booked an extra night as we didn’t want to leave!

Property was very clean and had everything you needed and decorated to a high standard. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a good location and within walking distance to the town centre. Would definitely stay here again...

Big apartement, clean, nice design, good location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic flat on Waterhouse Avenue with my partner, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, TJ, our wonderful host, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our short stay feel incredibly special.

The location is convenient to get bus to go to town

Very disappointed. First the key was not available when we arrived and it was raining. Waited quite awhile. The unit was so dirty, dust on the floor, spoilt food in the cabinet and fridge. Dustbins were full & smelly, not cleared at all. The water heater system was spoilt too, the temperature kept going up and down by itself, even after we locked it. The door lock was spoilt so we went out without locking the door! Horrible. The corridor was smelly, a place lack of maintenance. Very disappointed for the price we paid. Will not return.

The apartment was really well laid out and maintained to a high standard. We loved it! The location was ideal. Very central for everything we needed. The hosts were lovely and very helpful when we reached out to them. All in all, it was a great stay and I know I'll be booking this again in the future. Thank you!
