Our second stay here - beautiful property, well appointed and great location.

Homely living space and large bedrooms and bathrooms; modern decor; electronic basins and showers; bathroom toiletries; comfortable beds; tea, sugar, salt etc in cupboard. We were in the area for work and found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. The parking was very handy and lockbox system worked well and was easy to find and work. Loved the modern bathrooms and shower design and appreciated the home away from home toiletry touches. Used the dining table a lot during our visit and really appreciated the space. Also used tv and the sofa area which was very comfortable indeed. Could not use the balcony area as too cold but is a lovely space and would be a good spot for sundowners on a warm summer evening. Used Deliveroo too while there which was easy to set up and driver found accommodation without issue.

Small things really but I feel these additions would really elevate the stay even more for your guests. Would suggest adding a welcome handbook in the property that can be easily referenced explaining for example how the electronic shower and bath work, how to set dishwasher; recycling requirements; where bins are; how locking mechanism on door works; WiFi password; how electric radiators work and are set; any rules of the building etc. Would suggest adding to the check-in picture and explanation that entry to building is via ‘fob scan’. Maybe it was just me but I struggled to access the building initially, however, the step by step arrival instruction overall was very clear otherwise. As we cooked during our stay I would suggest a few bowls and plates that are microwave safe and a few extra mugs. Bedroom curtains need adjusting. There were some old/used foods in the fridge and a lot of food in the freezer which was odd. There is an ongoing fan noise in or outside the second bathroom that needs to be looked at as it can be annoying to those who are noise sensitive.

Blackout curtains in the lounge would have great, but that's only a minor issue

The apartment is has been decorated so beautifully that it feels luxurious and yet homely at the same time. The space is great with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room worked really well for us. The allocated parking space makes it very easy as you don’t have to search for a place each time you return. We will definitely return!

I liked everything but would suggest adding blackout blinds in the bedrooms first those who are light sensitive as the outside lights are on all night.
