NOT GETTING DESIRED ROOM AS WE ARE THE REGULAR CUSTOMERS SINCE LAST 5 YEARS & CUSTOMER CARD PAYMENT DETAIL IS NOT SECURE WITH THE HOTEL & WE DONT TRUST THEM AT ALL

Espaçosa , parece uma casa ,piscina, sem casino todos os componentes de uma casa bem montada

Nao vou dizer que não gostei , pq fui avisado antes. Nao tem serviço de arrumação, porem tem toalhas suficientes e material de limpeza num area anexa ao apto , onde tem tb maquina de lavar e secar.

The location is close to the sphere, which is very convenient. The property is fairly large and it would’ve been nice to have been informed that someone can take you from your room to the front; we found out on our second day. There are no elevators, which is not ideal. The rooms were spacious and clean. One of the bathrooms had a long clump of hair in corner, which was not great. I think the worst part of the hotel is the constant time share conversations. 1. You have to speak to someone when you check in- no options around it. We did not qualify 2. They call you the next morning at your room, we politely declined. 3. I have received more calls after the stay offering time share options again. I’ve answered 2 calls and have blocked many others. They continue to call…

**My Review – What I Liked at Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort** I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Desert Club Resort. One of my favorite things was how spacious the rooms were — it felt more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. The beds were comfortable, and having extra space made the trip more relaxing. I also liked the pools and outdoor areas because they gave a resort feeling and were nice for relaxing after a busy day. The location was another big plus since it was convenient and made it easy to get around and visit attractions nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the resort felt clean and organized. I also liked that there were activities and amenities available, which made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience because of the comfort, location, and relaxing atmosphere. I would consider staying here again in the future.

What I Didn’t Like: None — everything was fantastic! I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms, atmosphere, amenities, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again.

Fist the check in took a long time, the staff keep telling you to go to a presentation because they want to sell you a time share... they almost force you to accept and sign... it took like 30-40min to finally get the keys, keep sending text to rate the stay, and they did'nt even bother in do the housekeeping for the time we stayed, at the check out they tell me because we are not going to do the presentation it will be a penalty fee of 40 bucks for a thing in the firts place i did not want (they keep talking and talking so they confuse you and very much "force" to accept to do the presentation, we couldn stay for it, our party was aready leaving, i explained that but the fee will be kept)... so the overall price was expensive for a holiday inn vacation club ... will not stay at this hotel again.
