Terrace VuVu - Apartment with balcony in the heart of Budapest

Massive !!! This old-world apartment in central Budapest is huge, especially compared to so many of the other apartments we have stayed in on this trip so far. The very large apartment is located within an old building, like so many buildings in this fascinating historic city. It was like stepping back in time, in a good way. Everying is big, including the separate bedroom, the lounge and dining room, the well-appointed kitchen which even included full size fridge and dishwasher. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the street and adjacent park, making it a nice spot for having a drink after a full day exploring Budapest. The balcony is painted yellow in the attached photo. The hosts, Dori and Doron, were very proactive via WhatsApp in providing lots of information before, during and after our two day stay. They enabled us to move into the apartment earlier than the scheduled check in time. The central city location was excellent. We definitely recommend this property if you are planning on visiting Budapest.

The apartment is located on the second floor, but the lift has a sign saying it is out of order. So carrying our luggage up the stairs was a challenge. Also at night when it was dark, the stairway was not illuminated making it quite dangerous.

The apartment was amazing! Spacious, clean, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect because most major attractions in Budapest are within a 20-minute walk, but buses and the metro are also very close.

It was a very convenient location and was easy to check in/out. The property was lovely, super clean with everything you could need. Hosts were very quick to answer questions.

Pillows were a little thick/hard

Clean, renovated, spacious, safe, airy, good kitchen, double windows blocked out considerable night noise from revelry in the street, and everything worked.

52 steps up, with luggage, to get to the apartment. Get an elevator, please. Insufficient towels. No grab bars or nonslip mat in the shower.

A spacious and historical apartment in the vibrant Jewish Quarter. It is right near many fantastic eateries and restaurants. If you wish to cook yourself, there is a well equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning in the living area and bedroom as well. There is a washing machine which was great to catch up on some washing. The apartment was quiet and the mattress was firm and very comfortable. It was so good having space to relax and also we were able to do a yoga practice. Doron met us at the apartment and was very kind and helpful.
