A surcharge of 30 Euros applies for arrivals after the check-in hours which are agreed (during the times permitted) . This will also apply if people check out after the 11.00am time also which is our stipulated check out time. Once booked, the lead person who has booked, must immediately send the name, age and date of birth of all guests to the host via the booking chat to confirm the lead guest who has booked is over 30 in particular. Furthermore, 14 days before arrival, the lead booking guest must send the ID of the guests to the host on the booking chat or to the contact details in the auto reply. If the lead booker and the guests do not wish to send in their actual photo ID, alternatively, the following information is required by local laws by the host; - Age of each guest with their date of birth - Name of each guest - Address of each guest - ID/Passport number of each guest including commencement and expiry date - Any contact details to enable a smooth check - The requested time of arrival in line with our check in times which are permitted. The meeting point is Mercado de Villegas - Calle el Real de la Jara 6, 41008 Sevilla, Sevilla, where the guests will be required to show their ID, which can be cross checked with the information provided above, or a copy of the actual ID which has been provided ahead of arrival. Please note our minimum age restriction is 30 years of age. If you are under 30 years of age and have booked for others who are also under 30, the booking cannot proceed. If there are people in your booking who are over 30 who will be staying, then you can change the name of the lead booker to another guest who is 30 However, please note, you are not permitted to add anyone over 30 who will not be staying, simply to gain entry once we know no one is 30 years of age from the boking. In this circumstance, you will have to cancel as ID checks are carried out upon arrival as per the fine print.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
