An Indian Bollywood Sevilla Experience - for families, couples & business trips

Good location in a quiet neighbourhood, very good vegetable market in just 2 minutes of walking. Well-equipped kitchen

1. The most frustrating thing was the absence of normal linen (any duvet covers, cotton or linen sheets). There were only 2 fleece mattress covers, fleece pillowcases, and 2 fleece blankets. No linen at all (althoug in the description on the web-site it is stated). We had to use dirty blankets without any duvet covers. And for 1 pillow we even used a towel to cover it because the lack of pillowcases. 2. From time to time the toilet cistern (tank) was working poorly (not filling and flashing properly). 3. It's not convenient that you have to agree the exact time of meeting outside the supermarket to collect key from the housekeeper, and it's very difficult to find a parking place nearby. 4. The housekeeper doesn't speak English or any other language, only Spanish. Although we speak 5 languages, but not Spanish, it was very difficult to understand his explanations about using some equipment in the appartment. 5. When we checked-in, all windows in all rooms were open, and it was very cold (+11/+12), it took several hours to make normal temperature in the appartment.

Well equiped cosy apartment, good communication with the owner and housekeeper

Twin bed mattress is well used so need to be changed as not comfortable. One bed in the 2nd sleeping room very narrow. For a kid is fine but impossible to fit an adult.

This delightful rental property is exactly as described and seen in the photos. It is very fresh, airy, clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, we slept really well there - better than at home. It was very quiet at night time yet within a 10 minute bus ride you are in the centre of an exciting, bustling city. The flat has everything you need. In the kitchen there are pots, pans, kettle, microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. I loved the convenient serving hatch to the dining room. In the bathroom, there is a large powerful shower. I also made good use of the hairdryer in the bathroom cupboard. In the living room there is an impressive TV on which you can sign into your netflix account, watch YouTube etc. There is a small cafe in the square outside the front of the building where we had coffee & homemade churros (one portion was enough for 2, we discovered). There is a good supermarket nearby, El Jamón, on Calle Valdelarco. The flat is well placed for the number 11 and 13 bus. The stop for the 13 is a couple of minutes away on Av. La Barzola (Pza. A. Martín Caro). It takes you to the terminus at Plaza del Duque in about 10 mins, where you have the El Corte Inglés department store with the fabulous rooftop terrace bar. It's also stops at the Alameda de Hércules which has lots of interesting bars & restaurants & roman pillars. For line 13, the bus stop where to get off upon your return is called Constantina (Avenida La Barzola). We paid €1,80 each for our bus tickets on the bus but I understand that you can buy a book of tickets which work out at even better value. Communication with the owner prior to our visit was good. Upon our arrival, the housekeepers were very kind and helpful. They met us at the start of our stay to give us the keys. They took the time to explain slowly, in Spanish, the buses, how the washing machine worked, etc. It's these added touches that make your holiday.

Nothing. We liked everything. From the Plaza del Duque, it is a 10 minute walk on the flat to the old town where the cathedral and tourist office is located. From there it's another 10 mins walk, or so, again on the flat, to the Golden Tower (Torre del Oro). From there, you can take the hop on hop off tourist bus, which we found an excellent way to get to know the city before more detailed exploring on foot. You can also go on a boat trip on the Guadalquiver River from the Torre del Oro. From the tourist bus, amongst other things, you can see where the Aquarium is located, can visit the spectacular Plaza de España, the University and the popular Triana area. We loved everything about this rental, it is so well placed for all amenities, supermarkets, cafés, barbers & hairdressers (my husband had a fab haircut whilst there) and the historic, spectacular centre of this vibrant city is a short bus journey away. We definitely want to go back. 

Unfortunately Nothing

Location a bit rough, noises from neighbours, bad smell(from smoking, booze, etc...)in whole apartment, sink blocked,beds filthy. But the worse thing is the dishonest of the owners. They claimed that we caused some damages in the apartment which is all lies. It was a bad experience. Very disappointed!

Quiet neighborhood, lots of sunlight, the apartment was just as described and spacious for 2 people. There were 2 rooms and they prepared the second room as well as they didn't know if we were friends or a couple, very sweet of that.

Bit far from the center, no elevator, be aware of dog poop when walking around the neighborhood.
