The hot tub We were out of season for the pool but I’m sure that would be great in the summer The bedrooms & living space were exceptionally clean & the beds were comfortable After speaking to the owner to say there were no dishwasher tablets they very kindly dropped them off along with some biscuits & tea bags

The property has a petrol station literally at the rear of the property The downstairs shower room window opens directly onto the forecourt

Beautiful house and pool, comfy beds, lovely rooms with ensuites, had everything we needed and in a great location

Unsure if aga so didnt use it. Just managed to get 3 cars on driveway, but these were just niggles, it was all lovely and whole family had a great time.

Beautiful cottage. Great location to explore the New Forest. Hosts were great, easily contactable… even heated the pool for us for the weekend.

The property was clean spacious and what we expected. Perfectly located on the edge of the New Forest with a nice secure garden for the dogs. Well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable and warm.

The Rayburn cooker was really not suitable for a party of 7, gave up on cooking and got takeaway. The boiler was very noisy in the third upstairs bedroom resulting in my son going home a day early. Only three showers could be used, one only ran scolding hot water, and one you needed to be very short. But three worked for us. Don’t expect normal TV, only internet platforms available.

Exactly as we expected, spotless throughout. All bedrooms are very spacious with their own en-suite. Kitchen had everything you needed. A beautiful cottage in all respects - could easily see a four couple group spending an extended stay here with now issues.

Rayburn oven has seen better days and is a bit tricky to understand on a short visit. Main gate - although spring loaded - didn't fully close....needs a maintenance visit. Although not the issue of the owner - the local pub, in their own wisdom, have just banned dogs from all areas. Unfortunately if you own a dog and don't want to drive this now means you have no options.
