"Nice but not superb"

Good location with parking. Good communication. Nice decor. Good size bedrooms and really clean. A good property but not superb.

No dishwasher or washing up bowl. Sofas were ok but not overly comfortable. Garden was poorly finished with only 2 seats so unable to all sit outside. Poor finishing in places, around boiler and joints in worktop for example.

Faultless, thank you! Beautiful house & decor, very clean and comfortable. Suitable for family. All required facilities provided. Good, honest communication when required. We have immediate family recently moved to Beverley & we won't hesitate to book here again & recommend to otter family members.

The size of the property,cleanliness of all the rooms and the full range of equipment in the kitchen. Also the welcome pack was a nice touch.

There were only four chairs and there were five in or party. The furniture in living room uncomfortable.

"Amazing just what we needed."

Literally everything! The beds are super comfy the property has everything you need. Can’t wait to stay again 😊 We can recommend the Greek takeaway at the end of the street plus Central 42 in and the Cornish bakery in Beverly.

The only complaint I have is the sofa is a bit creaky and uncomfortable.
