Superb Beverley 3 Bedroom House with Private Parking and Garden - The Nicholson

Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed

The blinds in one bedroom didn't close properly, so it was very light, but the owners said they would sort it out for the next visitor.

Lovely spacious house in quiet area. Extremely clean and lovely decor. Nice extra touches such as shampoo and shower gel as well as a lovely welcome basket with goodies, cereal, milk and coffee provided. Purpose of stay was to visit family nearby and so location was perfect. Have stayed in Beverley many times to visit family (as I now live abroad) and this was by far my favourite place that I have stayed in, in Beverley! Will definitely be booking again on our visit next year if available!

Everything was perfect but a couple of things that we found we needed that we didn't have was a lighter to light the gas stove, a whisk and a bowl for washing dishes as we could not get the plug to hold the water in the sink. Nothing that we couldn't do without but just some little things to think about adding.

The property was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The welcome pack was appreciated. Good location. Will definitely return.

Lovely quiet neighbourhood, easy walk to town, all the convieniences at the top of the street. Amazing communication, highly recommend!

It was modern clean and comfortable

A fan in the bathroom would be helpful with the condensation. The large rug in the living room was very difficult to walk on and kept moving under our feet-a bit of a hazard.

Love the little touches, popcorn was a winner! Location and parking were great

It was spacious and well equipped. Good price for a full house. Parking was handy. Host was great and flexible on check in and check out.

No curtain or blind in the bathroom - bit awkward at night for privacy or showering!

Everything thing the house is nicely located nicely set up and ideal for travellers or just want to walk around town. We was here for a family wedding and served at his very well. The house is clean, tidy and well equipped with everything you need.

Only a few problems in some places. The floor isn't fixed properly in the lounge kitchen. There is no blind in the bathroom which I feel is necessary for privacy, I know it's got frosted glass but you can still see the silhouette of a person especially at night.

Impeccably clean, well equipped, attention to detail everywhere. Great to have supplies when you arrive - very thoughtful. The managers are very responsive.
