We were met at the door the apartment by Bernadetta. Great and ongoing communication as we travelled. Good run down on the apartment. All sights within walking distance

Great apartment itself, very nice, up to date, nice kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom

It was really really hot, apartment on the top floor and only has one AC unit on the second floor of the unit, it is advertised as air conditioned but we were hot the entire time because no AC on first floor and the one unit on the second floor could have been better placed.

The host was friendly. Allowed us an early check-in. Greeted us upon arrival, and she even helped carry our bags (no italian men had offered this in any of our tuscan stays!) Large spacious property. Very clean. Lots of extras included among the stay pleasant - including washing powder for washing machine, coffee and pasta, and sauce! Very homely. Comfy beds. Air conditioning. Great location.

Strangely no hand soap in the property.

Really enjoyed our stay at Benedetta's apartment. The location is great - a 10 min walk to Il Campo. We got there late evening but we were still greeted in person, which is always nice after a long journey. It's spacious, immaculately clean and the beds are comfortable. There's no parking on the street but we found a 24hr parking lot for first night and then a free parking area not far from apartment for the rest of our stay about 15 min walk away or you can take the little bus that goes from right outside. There's a supermarket at the end of the street and lots of bars and cafes nearby. Sienna is a beautiful city. This apartment is a very good base from which to explore.

Wonderful rental. Communication with host was fantastic – she was waiting for us with the keys when we arrived and gave us a tour of the apartment, which was clean and stylishly decorated, with plenty of storage space and a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were super-comfy. The apartment was extremely well located, just 5 minutes from both the Piazza del Campo and the Duomo with loads of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Siena.

Huge space with great cooking facilities, the washer and dryer made travelling that much easier. Eleanora was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Excellent stay all round 😊

Not an issue for us but there are a few flights of stairs to get up.

Loved the decor and extra supplies provided!

The downstairs shower/bath wasn’t user friendly!
