DOMUS DEIANAS - two comfortable apartments in Cagliari

Ad essere sinceri niente è stato di nostro gradimento,

La struttura di trova al secondo i piano ed è senza ascensore, difronte alla porta d’ingresso cestini dell’ immondizia con male odore e vermi sulle scale. La struttura internamente risultava sporca con ragnatele,finestre sporche,cucina idem e male odore all’interne. Inoltre abbiamo Riscontrato problemi con l’aria condizionata risolto non benissimo solo l’ultima notte. Host avendo un urgenza ha risposto dopo quasi 4 ore.

L’appartamento è spazioso, ben strutturato, comodo.

No tenía bote de basura y la basura del pasillo no se quitó durante varios días por lo tanto había mucho olor

Very clean and very spacius place. It was better than on the Pictures.

No one thing was not ok

Location was in a suburb which allowed you to visit Cagliari and surrounding areas by car. The apartment was spacious and very clean and the host was very nice.

the only issue were the beds were were not comfortable and made a lot of noise when you move during the night. I hope the owner changes the beds as other than that, the apartment is very good.

We had no breakfast even though we paid for it. The owner of the place told us that since the begining of January 2025, breakfast was not included but if we like we can ask for breakfast and he would prepare something for us. We didn't bother cause we bought our own stuff for the morning.

The kitchen didn't have a coffee perculator, no dishcloth, very little utensils
