Mollie's Oxford

It is very sustainable and modern. From the road you wouldn't think this unique property was there! Having a zip tap for the whole corridor rather than a kettle in each room was quirky, not come across that before, but it made sense! The shower was amazing, bed huge and ridiculously comfy, staff very welcoming and helpful. I loved the reception/shop/bar which was manned 24/7. It would be a good backpacker stop off, I can imagine being a solo traveller and being able to make friends easily. My daughter and I booked for 2 nights and plan on visiting others in the chain if we can.

Room was quite small, but had everything that was needed. Lighting was very dim in the rooms and corridors, so anyone poor of sight may struggle a bit! The diner is more like a restaurant with their offerings and prices, although it was all well cooked and again, really friendly staff.

Smart, comfortable. Air con!

I think the tech has gone a step too far. I don't want to have to download an app to operate the TV!

Comfortable, modern room with a great shower. Helpful staff and a good location for west Oxford.

The grout in my shower showed signs of mould (see photo). There is no kettle in the room and you have to go into the corridor to a hot tap. I applaud the eco friendly approach until you fancy a cuppa in bed and have to get dressed to fill your cup, then undressed again to go back to bed to drink it. The room offers free tea and coffee, and there is a large selection of teas available including decaf at reception. But I only drink decaf coffee and you have to buy that separately! Breakfast was too expensive. Almost £20 for one person’s coffee, juice, and eggs. The TV remote on your phone almost never worked for me - “unknown error” - very helpful
