Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Hotel room was very clean and welcoming with lots of thoughtful amenities - ghds and Dyson hairdryer :) , free teas and coffees and lovely bathroom products. Diner is just opposite and serves great food.

Staff in the hotel were efficient but not particularly friendly. I felt like they just wanted to get me into my room or out of the hotel as quickly as possible. The staff in the restaurant were superb, friendly and caring. My aircon didn’t work and there are no windows in the room. The temp got as high as 26 degrees. When I reported this to reception they said that a manager or team leader would come and sort it out but they didn’t.

Friendly staff, great facilities in the room and the coffee was amazing!

Taps seemed to turn the wrong way! Was confusing the first few times but got used to it. Such a minor thing though.

Reception and 24 hour bar

My room was cold and couldn’t seem to warm it up. I couldn’t get a seat in the diner for dinner, even at the bar.

Very friendly reception staff, clean comfortable rooms, nice stop in Cotswolds, breakfast at diner was nice

Diner was hit and miss with service and getting seated. Had to leave room to get drinking water

The bunk beds were a novelty and meant that we could all stay in the same room at a great price. The beds were the comfiest I've slept on for a long time!

The sliding door between the rooms and the bathroom/wash area were stuck so it couldn't be closed off which would have been nice to have with 4 adults getting changed but it wasn't a big problem.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice relaxing reception area .

The room was very small, it was very expensive . The only place to eat is the Diner , which was very expensive and too American. I had a club sandwich which didn’t resemble any club sandwich I’ve had anywhere else in the world. Also 10 percent service charge was a bit much .
