Instructions sent 2 hours prior to check in

Check in wasnt until 4:00 pm; I wasn’t expecting the noise from the people celebrating overnight and the traffic noise (construction of tram trucks also going on) from early morning.

"Not as expected"

The location is perfect. The apartment is as seen in the photos.

The apartment ran out of hot water on the last day while we were getting the kids ready to check out. Quite an unexplainable situation as we were in a hurry and did not use that much water... The owner asked us to wait half an hour to resolve the situation. We waited 30 minutes and another 30 minutes, the situation wasn't resolved. We were still asked to leave the apartment at 11am (1 hour after the usual checkout time) and the owner offered us 50 Eur (...) for the inconvenience. Not what I would expect for a luxury stay... and really ruined the last day in Bologne. The cloakroom wasn't available on the last day either... Some minor (other) problems were found, but nothing serious. The heating stopped working the first night. But we solved it with the AC. No problems the other nights.

"Great Stay!"

Everything was great about the apartment, location, facilities, cleanliness, could not fault it.

Sound proofing not great, we heard everything from the apartment adjacent which was near our entry door and bathroom door and they were very very loud, unfortunately hard to control this!
