Location, cleanliness, space, view.

Entrance - outer door locked and no one answered phone, waited at 1am for another guest to come home and open door, no extra blankets, loud street music/noise.

"Wow factor in the centre of Bologna."

Location! Location! Location! Simply unbelievable, close to all the action, awesome Cafe literally downstairs, free live music playing in the square. Dramatic windows, mezzanine, double volume.room height -awesome!. Responsive hosts.

Bed was pretty hard, very small shower, limited water flow with nowhere to hang anything.

No staff to welcome you, couldn’t locate using address on Google maps. Didn’t have parking as advertised so had to carry luggage 10 mins up the road.

"Passable"

There was air-con, but it was like an oven when we arrived, and even though we turned air-con on at full speed for hours before we went to bed it was not possible to cool down the big open two floor room, and it was so hot that most of the family practically did not sleep all night and had to go up and take cold showers in the middle of the night...
