Location was perfect, right in the center of the old district!

Beds were not comfortable.

The property was really clean and in a good location. It was just as described in the pictures.

The only bad thing was that they want you to send your passport or ID card over Viber/Whatsapp to checking which is not very secure.

In the very center of the city, near restaurants, various organizations. The room has good Internet, self-check-in, which is very convenient, the room has a microwave oven, a standard set of dishes, a kettle.

The building is old, has a specific smell. And for me a big minus is the lack of an iron, or rather everything is crumpled. Bed linen, towels, curtains are all crumpled.

I’m terribly sorry about my experience in the hotel and also with Booking.com for having such accommodations still on the site. When you are booking low-cost accommodation, of course, you are not expecting luxurious and premium staff, but at least some hygiene standards are a MUST. Starting from the linen, which was not ironed and had holes, both bedside tables were full of dust and sticky (exactly like the floor). The decorative pillows were really dirty and dusty, placed on top of the pillows we were about to sleep on. There was no bag in the toilet garbage bin, and the water glasses were dirty. Again, after all of this, I’m not looking for privilege, but paying for something risky to your health is unacceptable. Not recommended and completely unsatisfied. Shame…
