Awful. Coffee OK but rest just meagre to non-existent. Parking was good.

The place was way overpriced and delapidated. Stains on carpet throughout. Paint falling off. Dirty. No apparent cleaning staff. Heater broken in room, though they provided space heater and replaced it next day. No maid service. Small shower. King size bed OK. Refrigerator OK. TV OK.

The only positive was that, when my no smoking room smelled of cigarettes, the manager made a correction on the price.

The room was grungy, the plugs on the lamps were so wor out that they did not function, the shower dripped all night, the "breakfast" was a choice of cereal, toast or knock off eggo waffles. All of this at a price that was at least twice what a motel like this should be charging, even on a weekend in high season.
