The Cayuga Inn at the Finger Lakes

Manager/owner nice. Bed was comfortable

We checked in and took a nap ( we had been up since 3:00 A.M. ) and then left from 5P.M.until 11P.M..we came back and seen the THICK Spider webs at the side of the window, so we made them sweep it out.. When we got up at 5 A.M. and turned on the lights , BUGS were scurrying EVERYWHERE ! I wish we had slept in our rental car. Turns out that PEOPLE LIVE at this motel . It's more like a homeless apartment living space.

Unfortunately, there was nothing to like.

The hotel is a run down facility: dirty to a degree that I've never seen before. Funny smells, stains on the common area carpets, stains of different colours on the bed sheets, there was even a foot mark on the sheets... The window has a heavy calcification making it impossible to see much though it. There was a peeled off vinyl strip on the wall. My husband and I entered the room (funny that we were told that we are having the "Best room") and made a quick U-turn. Now we are fighting to get our money back. It is a shame that Booking.com has properties like this on their website...make you wonder what criteria/filters they have.

Terrible...Terrible and Terrible. Dirty is an understatement and smelly. Would NOT recommend this MOTEL to anyone.

I had a microwave and a fridge

I paid extra for a jacuzzi. I filled it up and saw dirt and debris floating on the water. I tried to turn the jets on and jets didn’t work. I saw small black flecks on all the bedding….dead bed bugs.When I walked into the room all I could smell was old cigarettes. I come back to the hotel after a 12 hour work shift and saw a woman in her pajamas and an obviously drunk man smoking on /near the front entrance.

Staff was sketchy, they were confused about reservation that was booked on line

Guests were rude on the floor, noise level was too high all night
