Goede bereikbaarheid met een metrostation op 5 min lopen. Erg attent dat er een fles water, wijn en een hapje voor ons klaar stonden! De problemen die we tegenkwamen zijn netjes verholpen door de host.

We hadden niet verwacht dat we de sleutel zouden moeten ophalen op een andere locatie. Inchecken bij het appartement zelf was niet mogelijk. Nadat we de sleutel hadden opgehaald moesten we nog zo'n 20 min lopen, niet heel fijn als je zwaar bepakt bent in het heuvelachtige Porto. Bij aankomst bleek ons bed niet te zijn opgemaakt. Dit werd wel netjes opgelost: na gebeld te hebben stond er binnen 5 min iemand voor de deur om dit alsnog te doen. Het appartement is voorzien van 2 smart TV’s, maar de wifi-verbinding was zo slecht dat we daar aanvankelijk niks mee konden. Ook dit is netjes opgelost: na dit gemeld te hebben is dit probleem binnen enkele uren verholpen. De afstandsbediening van de airco in de woonkamer deed het niet. Noodgedwongen hebben we de batterijen uit de afstandsbediening van de TV gebruikt.

It looks exactly like the photos. It has everything you need and I loved the two outside areas and that there was a tv in the bedroom aswell as the living room.

The sewer smell coming from the bathroom, the bathroom also wasn’t the cleanest. There were also hairs in the bed and other bits weren’t the most clean.

Good location: 15-20 minutes by foot to the main attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. There's also a metro station nearby. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment is modern and has everything you need. Small, well-equipped kitchen and washing machine are available. You can check-in also late in the evening (you need to collect keys in another location, but it wasn't big deal for us).

Sewer smell: you can ventilate the rooms, it will go away, but will return eventually. The cleaning was not that good: someones hair all around the bed, dirty marks on the bed frame, on the doors, etc. Spots of mold in the shower room. The WiFi speed was less than 1mbps, you basically cannot do anything with such speed, I couldn't even connect from my laptop. Two big TVs, but only 1 barely-working channel. Even though the support is nice and easy to reach, they couldn't help much.

Ruhige Lage, große Terrasse, Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür (kostenpflichtig, max. 2h), helle Wohnung, unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit Unterkunft, Anreise um Mitternacht war kein Problem

Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können (insb. Bad, Küchenutensilien); Schönheitsreparaturen würden die Wohnung aufwerten (abgefallener Handtuchhalter im Bad, fehlende Abdeckung am Duschkopf)

Es war wundervoll. Die Lage war super, der Kontakt war einfach und zügig. Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Parkplätze waren auch ausreichend vorhanden (mit Parkticket, aber preiswert). Alles in allem, wunderbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Eine Gute Lage zum Zentrum und zur Metrostation. Tolle 2 Etagen Wohnung. Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen könnten durchgeführt werden. Ansonsten alles top.
