Breakfast was good service a bit slow

Everything was good

Did not like the noise levels in the corridors. Acoustic advances need to be looked at. Also the cushions, you need one medium and one soft, woke up with a very sore neck.

Hello, I decided to try the Beach Wood Boutique Hotel as another option to Coco Da Mar which is just up the road, I arrived at 14:00pm on Sunday afternoon, the room was great, unfortunately when I stepped into shower, I observed a huge mould patch on the ceiling which I reported. Breakfast was disappointing, the buffet had a few chopped-up fruits and a plastic tub of Greek yogurt, some cold meats and a few pastries. I tried the coffee that was free at breakfast, I opted to buy my own coffee after I tasted it. I ordered an omelette which was unfortunately tasteless and rubbery. I really had great expectations and at R1440.00 per night and included breakfast. Thanks

The staff was friendly, and everything was clean.

I was really impressed with the neatness of the rooms and the friendliness of staff

The staff are very professional and prepared breakfast for me as take away. The rooms are clean and the restraunt food is really good and well priced

paying for ironing but not a major thing

Breakfast can improve but all the other dishes were superb.

I wish i would have booked a bigger family room
