Apartamento bem equipado e organizado. Muito bonito e novo. Fácil acesso a pontos turísticos e metrô.

Porta abre direto para uma rua movimentada, o que facilita acesso, mas também se ouve bastante barulho da rua.

La propiedad es interesante, cómoda para dos personas, a lo sumo 3. Está bien ubicada y equipada con lo justo para una estadía breve por Madrid.

Es importante aclarar que es un Loft, con lo cual NO tiene dos habitaciones según lo que indican. Es un espacio de doble altura abierto, sin ningún tipo de privacidad. Con lo cual es apto para una familia de a lo sumo 3 personas. No hay ninguna división interna con lo cual es un gran ambiente integrado. No lo recomiendo para grupos que pretendan tener espacios independientes.
