Do espaço, muito bom para 4 pessoas, com 2 WC. A cozinha, embora pequena, dá perfeitamente para preparar as refeições do dia a dia. A localização do apartamento é excepcional, estamos perto de dos principais pontos de atracção, sendo que os mais distantes ficam a 20 minutos a pé (se não pararmos para tirar fotos 😁😁😁)

Da iluminação da zona de preparação dos alimentos, é um aspecto que melhoram com relativa facilidade, e a insonorização, se bem que a rua não seja muito barulhenta!!!

El apartamento está muy limpio y es tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Todo está a mano transporte público, supermercados , sitios de interés etc. Los anfitriones te atienden super bien y son muy amables intentando ayudar en todo momento a cualquier duda que puedas tener. Es un lugar para hospedarse muy recomendable.

The location of was great .. it’s centrally located and easy to access to Gran Via and all the historical areas. It has a cat’s cafe right at the corner.. great for cat lovers.

Soy de Madrid. Con familia allí. Todos los años vamos a Madrid antes de Navidad. Por circunstancias de la vida, hace unos 10 años que vamos a hoteles, hostales, apartamentos.... Éste ha sido, de momento, el mejor!!! Ubicación, comodidad, instalaciones, calefacción, camas. Una maravilla. Para una familia que no tiene problemas en dormir sin cerrar puertas de habitaciones. Y, yo tengo casas rurales y sé que en booking, cuando se escribe en el apartado "qué no te gustó ", resta puntos, y es no es mi idea, así que voy a poner aquí lo único por lo que no le doy más puntuación en comodidad: la puerta cuando se abre, deja todo el salón, baño y habitación de la planta baja a la vista de la calle. Tal vez con un biombo... no sé. Es verlo. Gracias a los anfitriones por tener ese apartamento tan maravilloso. Volveremos!!
